New Patients

For patients inquiring about working with Ascend Child & Adolescent Psychiatric Services but whom have never been seen at this practice, please either call the office at 802-491-3220 or submit a New Patient Inquiry at the below link to schedule a complimentary 15 minute phone consultation to determine if we are a good fit.

Emergencies

If you or your child are in serious crisis or have suicidal or homicidal thoughts, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. For other life threatening emergencies, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. For urgent matters, please call the office and leave a message and I will get back to you at the earliest possible opportunity, usually within one business day. Unless we have made specific arrangements, I do not respond to communication outside of business hours. If you or your child are experiencing mental health-related distress, you can access 24/7 care and support by contacting the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by dialing 988.
